1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and nupk ("we", "us", "the Platform"). They govern your access to and use of the nupk website, mobile interface, games, and all related services available at nupk.ws.
